Role and Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable with using apps for communication and basic order processing.
  • Able to come up with new ways to attract and connect with customers.
  • Chat with customers with both message and calls.

  • Fluent in both Urdu and English (writing and speaking). Medium
  • Previous experience with WhatsApp and Messenger is a plus.
  • Friendly and professional attitude when talking to customers.
  • Must know how to organize tasks and handle multiple messages.
