Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at . As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality food and beverages, addressing customer needs, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the restaurant.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Present menus to guests and provide detailed information on menu items, including daily specials.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring the correct items are delivered.
  • Check in with customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Process customer payments and handle cash or credit card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables for the next guests.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Upsell menu items, beverages, and promotions when appropriate.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and seek resolution quickly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to create repeat customers and encourage positive reviews.

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette is a plus.
