Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. A focus on creating a pleasant dining experience.
Multitasking Ability: Must be able to juggle multiple tasks, such as taking orders, serving food, and attending to customer needs, especially during busy times.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately take orders, ensure special requests are noted, and verify food quality before serving.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk around, and carry heavy trays or plates.
Teamwork: Must work well with others, including fellow waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management.
Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle payments, process transactions, and make change accurately.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage: Familiarity with the menu, including food ingredients, preparation methods, and drink options. Knowledge of dietary restrictions or allergens is a plus.
Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
