Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by attending to guests' needs, ensuring food and beverages are served promptly, and creating a welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Present menus, provide detailed information, and make menu recommendations.
  • Address guest inquiries and handle complaints professionally.

Order Management

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar staff.
  • Ensure special requests and dietary requirements are noted and fulfilled.

Service Delivery

  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
  • Refill beverages and check on guest satisfaction regularly.
  • Handle bill payments and process transactions efficiently.

Team Collaboration

  • Work with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Assist colleagues as needed to maintain service standards during busy hours.

Cleanliness and Setup

  • Prepare and set tables, ensuring they are clean and properly arranged.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, removing used plates and utensils promptly.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to uphold food hygiene standards.
