Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort customers to their tables.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, using a POS system if applicable.
  • Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately.
  • Check food and drink quality before serving to ensure they meet standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Ensure tables are clean and tidy when guests leave.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Upsell additional products when appropriate.
  • Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
