Job Summary

UAT Planning & Execution:

  • Develop detailed UAT test plans and test cases based on business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure UAT requirements are well understood and documented.
  • Execute UAT testing across various platforms, ensuring that all functionality works as intended.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during UAT and work with the development team to ensure timely resolutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with internal teams (operations dept, IT developers, etc.) to ensure proper understanding of user needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate UAT activities with stakeholders, to gather feedback and ensure readiness for production releases.
  • Provide regular status reports to project stakeholders on UAT progress, issues, and risks.

Test Management:

  • Support the creation and management of UAT environments, ensuring they are stable and accurately reflect production scenarios.
  • Review and validate data used for UAT to ensure test scenarios are accurate and realistic.
  • Assist with the prioritization of testing tasks to meet project timelines and milestones.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Ensure that all tests are conducted according to the defined QA processes and standards.
  • Analyze and assess UAT results to ensure all defects are resolved and meet the desired outcomes.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance UAT testing and overall product quality.

Post-UAT Support:

  • Participate in post-UAT reviews to identify lessons learned and recommend improvements for future UAT cycles.
  • Provide support in the post-launch phase by validating system functionality and assisting in troubleshooting.
