Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in-person or over the phone to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on travel destinations, flight options, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services.
  • Efficiently handle ticketing, reservations, and bookings using computerized systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest airline regulations, fare rules, and travel industry trends.
  • Handle changes to cancellations and refunds while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a Air ticketing Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Proficiency in computerized reservation systems (GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and transactions.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, visas, and travel regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience 3-Year or More.
