Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telesales Lead to oversee and drive the success of our telesales team. In this role, you will lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team, while also being actively involved in developing strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional sales results. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a motivated team that consistently meets or exceeds sales goals, all while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Lead & Motivate Team: Manage, coach, and motivate telesales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue and improve conversion rates.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
Performance Monitoring: Set goals, track key metrics, and provide regular feedback to improve individual and team performance.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales data and generate reports to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
Customer Relations: Ensure excellent customer service and strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and support teams to align on campaigns and messaging.
Quality Assurance: Monitor team interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
