CAMPAIGN: DME (Durable medical equipment)

About Us: Triunity Hub is a leading provider of durable medical equipment and supplies, committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated calling agent to join our team and support our operations in the US time zone.

Job Description: The DME Calling Agent will be responsible for contacting patients to facilitate the distribution of durable medical equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to patients to confirm their needs for durable medical equipment.
  • Verify insurance information and discuss coverage details with patients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Intermediate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in the US time zone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
