Job Summary

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to join our dynamic US immigration team. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient team operations, providing comprehensive support to the team, and contributing to successful case management for the clients. This role requires a strong commitment to accuracy, a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of US immigration process, and a willingness to take on a variety of essential responsibilities.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, client communication, document preparation, and coordinating with the legal team.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks to contribute to exceptional client service and positive case outcomes.
  • Prepare all necessary case documents, including invoices, receipts, applications (various visas), and other required forms, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely filing.
  • Actively collaborate in processing different visa applications, demonstrating understanding of specific requirements for each type.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team, with clients, and external partners like attorneys.
  • Research various topics and summarize findings to support case strategy development.
  • Assist the legal team in their research efforts, providing support in building strong cases for clients.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the legal team, ensuring they have the information and resources needed to effectively represent clients.
  • Manage case timelines, deadlines, and client communication touchpoints using case management software.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

 

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3  years of experience in a team coordination or administrative role, preferably within the US immigration field.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to effectively search legal databases and government websites for current immigration regulations and precedents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client inquiries with discretion and empathy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Experience with case management software (a plus).
  • Working knowledge of US immigration law and procedures (highly preferred).
