Role and Responsibilities:

Subject Expertise

Demonstrate a strong command of the subject, ensuring accurate and in-depth delivery of content to students.

Lesson Planning & Delivery

Design and deliver well-structured, engaging, and goal-oriented lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities.

Classroom Management

Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.

Assessment & Evaluation

Develop and implement appropriate assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Student Engagement

Encourage participation, critical thinking, and creativity among students to foster a love for learning.

Collaboration

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the school administration to support student development and academic success.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (Higher qualifications will be preferred)
Experience: Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for teaching and working with children
Basic subject knowledge (according to applied position)
Punctual, responsible, and disciplined attitude
Willingness to learn and grow in the educational field
