Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- The Teacher Educators will provide academic, supervisory, and professional support to pre-primary teachers.
- Responsibilities include mentoring, conducting training sessions, workshops, and professional development programmes.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably in Education; B.Ed is desirable
- Six-month diploma in ECD/ECE/Montessori from a recognized institution preferred
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in pre-primary classes
- Strong communication, classroom management, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ICT integration in teaching is desirable.
