Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

• Sweep and clean designated areas, including floors, pathways, and outdoor premises.
• Dispose of trash and waste materials appropriately.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the assigned areas.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cleaning or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks requiring manual effort.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.

Required Skills

Experience (Preferred but not Mandatory):

• Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work is an advantage.

Physical Fitness:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light to moderate weights throughout the workday.

Reliability:

• Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility in completing assigned tasks.

Attention to Detail:

• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
