Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement a cutting-edge social media strategy
  • Content Creation: Craft, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our audience and tells our brand story.
  • Analytics & Insights: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with our followers, responding to inquiries, and managing online communities with a personalized touch.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Design team to ensure sync with overall marketing objectives.
  • Trendsetting: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute creative social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Required Skills

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Social Media Executive or similar role with a portfolio that showcases your digital prowess.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and what makes content go viral.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Creativity: A creative thinker with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.
  • Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with social media management tools and basic design & editing skills (e.g., Canva, Capcut).
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
