Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, communications) to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive results
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and how to leverage them for marketing purposes
  • Excellent content creation, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
