Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media & E-Commerce Specialist to manage our online presence and help optimize our e-commerce platform. This position focuses primarily on social media strategy, content creation, and website management, with some additional responsibilities in customer service and in-store support. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management
    • Design and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
    • Run and optimize social media ads to promote products and special offers.
  2. E-Commerce Website Management
    • Maintain and update our WordPress e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
    • Make structural and content changes to improve site navigation, layout, and functionality.
    • Manage product listings, promotions, and new updates to keep the site current and appealing.
  3. In-Store Support (Limited)
    • Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases in-store.
    • Provide basic in-store support, including cashiering and POS operations, as needed.

Required Skills

Job Requirements:

  • Location: This is an in-person position located in DHA-5 Karachi. Candidates must be available to work on-site.
  • Reliable Transportation: Applicants should have a reliable means of commuting to the workplace.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation, ad management, and e-commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and the ability to manage and update content.
  • Strong customer service skills, with some experience in retail or in-store sales.
  • Experience with POS systems and cashier duties is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically.

Preferred Skills:

  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience in e-commerce and online sales.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, 11AM to 9.30PM.
