Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media / Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position requires a highly motivated individual to manage our social media platforms, eCommerce website, and walk-in customers. The successful candidate will work on-site for 10 hours a day, ensuring that our online presence is engaging and our customers receive exceptional service.

Role  Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process online orders from our WordPress eCommerce website and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Ecommerce Management:

  • Update and maintain product listings on our WordPress eCommerce website.
  • Monitor online orders and ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Assist in managing inventory and stock levels.

General Duties:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist in other duties as required by the management.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Customer Service Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and their respective best practices.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, specifically WordPress.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Must have own transport/motorcycle for commuting.
  • Availability to work on-site for 10 hours a day.
  • Prior experience in retail or a similar environment is a plus.
