Job Summary

We are hiring a  Senior VOIP Engineer ..As a Senior VOIP Engineer.

Role and Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Voice over IP (VOIP) systems.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of VOIP services and provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Design and implement VOIP systems based on business requirements and industry best practices
• Configure and maintain VOIP equipment such as IP phones, gateways, and session border controllers
• Monitor and optimize VOIP system performance, troubleshooting and resolving any performance issues

Required Skills

Skills and Education:

• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, and other relevant protocols
• Ensure the security and integrity of the VOIP infrastructure, including implementing security measures and conducting periodic audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VOIP solutions with other systems and applications
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and resolve any VOIP-related issues
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Proficient in configuring and maintaining VOIP equipment such as IP phones, gateways, and session border controllers
• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, and other relevant protocols
• Experience with network troubleshooting and analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Industry certifications such as CCNA Voice or CCNP Voice are preferred
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the VOIP industry

Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing VOIP systems

Shift : Night Shift 7pm to 5am
