Achieve sales targets in assigned territories/products.
Organize and execute sales and promotion activities, ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and manage customer relationships, providing exceptional pre and post-sales support.
Ability to organize, lead, and monitor sub-teams to ensure optimal performance and results.
Report to the Head of Dept. and assist in sales and planning activities.
Required Skills
Skills:
Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably to the chemical industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (optional).
Basic understanding of chemistry concepts (preferred).
