Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets in assigned territories/products.
  • Organize and execute sales and promotion activities, ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and manage customer relationships, providing exceptional pre and post-sales support.
  • Ability to organize, lead, and monitor sub-teams to ensure optimal performance and results.
  • Report to the Head of Dept. and assist in sales and planning activities.

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably to the chemical industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (optional).
  • Basic understanding of chemistry concepts (preferred).
