Job Summary

KAJ Consultancy is seeking a profile for the position of Senior Accountant responsible for preparing and recording asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information. The role involves maintaining and balancing subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies

Responsibilities:

•  Track and monitor accounts receivable.
• Issue and prepare invoices.
• Track & monitor accounts payable.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Ensure that information is accurate
• Track & monitor accounts payable.
• Timely Managing and Organizing data and Updating
• To handle and respond to customer calls.
• To provide online support to the customer
• Track and monitor accounts receivable.
• Issue and prepare invoices.
• Track & monitor accounts payable.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Ensure that information is accurate

Required Skills

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a client-facing role within an accountancy practice specially US based accountancy practice experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software,
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA MBA qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• Knowledge of US accounting standards and regulations.

Timings: (7 pm to 4 am)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
