Learn product in order to provide the most accurate responses to sellers.

Respond to sellers in expected timely manner and can manage multiple chat at a time.
Handle problems of the seller and provide resolution as per the SOP.
Work and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure user queries are resolved in short turnaround time.
Should be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
Follow pre-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies

Educational Background: Candidates with O levels & A levels or Fresh Graduates.
Language Proficiency: B1 or B2 English level.
