Job Description and Requirements

  • Communicate effectively with sellers and prospects via Voice.
  • Direct sellers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
  • Able to understand sellers requirement and work with them accordingly to assist in closing the Transaction.
  • Learn product in order to provide the most accurate responses to sellers.
  • Provide exceptional service as you respond to questions.
  • Respond to sellers in expected timely manner and can manage multiple chat at a time.
  • Handle problems of the seller and provide resolution as per the SOP.
  • Work and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure user queries are resolved in short turnaround time.
  • Should be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
  • Follow pre-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Educational Background: Candidates with O levels & A levels or Fresh Graduates.
  • Language Proficiency: B1 or B2 English level.
  • Relevant Skills and Experience: Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and analytical skills, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Typing speed wpm 30
