Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our team. The Salesman will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Salesman, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Experience using CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
