Job Description: Jitala International is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Person to join our team. As a Sales Person, you will be responsible for promoting and selling FMCG products across various retail outlets.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sell and promote our products to customers in retail outlets.
  • Ensure effective display and merchandising of products to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure that the products are correctly priced, displayed, and promoted.
  • Collect and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our brand presence.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Intermediate or preferably Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or retail sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in multiple retail locations.
  • Basic knowledge of merchandising and display techniques.
