Job Description: Tech4Life Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer based in Karachi to drive business development and sales for our telemedicine and point-of-care products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and supporting the company’s mission to expand access to innovative healthcare technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

Helping in improving Sales by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing digital and direct sales plans, providing product demonstration and managing distributor relationship and clients.

Job Assignments:

  • Generating leads and contacting potential clients.
  • Promote and sell Tech4Life’s telemedicine platforms and point-of-care devices to healthcare providers, institutions, and distributors.
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and field visits.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and generate leads.
  • Collect and analyze market feedback to guide product improvement and development.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and health sector events to promote company products.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Weekly reporting to Sales Manager.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in business administration, Biomedical engineering or equivalent. Masters would be preferred.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience. International sales experience with health-related hardware and software products preferred.
  • Experience in following areas is highly desirable: Lead Generation, Communications, Customer Support, After-sales support and International Sales.
  • Competent in IT skills, technical knowledge and able to confidently demonstrate tech devices to clients.
  • Good command in written and spoken English.
  • Pleasant personality with flexibility on work hours
  • Good business communication and presentation skills.
