Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and actively pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Promote and sell company products/services to individual and corporate clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance to the sales manager.
