Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell SCOM network services (voice, data, and mobile packages) to individual and corporate customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable SCOM service packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for SCOM services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.
  • Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide support on SCOM products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using software.
  • Stay updated on new SCOM service offerings, promotions, and product developments.

  • CRM Skills: Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage leads and track customer interactions.
