Job Summary

Role and  Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

  • Identifying and targeting new sales opportunities.
  • Developing new business relationships.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Knowledge:

  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Presenting product features and benefits to potential clients.

Negotiation & Closing:

  • Negotiating terms of sale and contracts.
  • Closing deals and securing contracts.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Analyzing competitors and adapting strategies accordingly.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (though some companies may accept relevant experience in lieu of a degree).

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make presentations, conduct meetings, and represent the company professionally.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Sales Software & Tools:

  • Proficiency in using CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to identify challenges in the sales process and propose solutions.
