Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

• Providing Information about products and promotions, answering to inquires, preventing thefts, handling Inventories.
• Help Customers to select the right Electrical and Hardware items.
• Manage all cash and credit transactions, monitoring sales accuracy.
• Exhibit the ability to handle a wide variety of customers complain.
• Manage to handle difficult customers.
• Display professional telephone skills.
• Keep store clean and organized.
• Able to purchase supplies from different markets and deliver safely.
• Advises appropriate choices of standard items to be purchased for shop.
• Responsible to deliver parcels.
• Any other task assign by owner.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Should demonstrate selling abilities, communication and listening skills, computer literate.
• Should be committed, hard worker and punctual
• Great relationship management, strong negotiation skills and Excellent time management.
• Experience related field would be added advantage.
• Education High school or Intermediate
• Should have valid driving license.
