Job Description:

Servtec is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Management, Law, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support our attorneys in immigration case management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of tasks.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
  • Assist attorneys in immigration case management by tracking deadlines and requesting necessary documentation from clients.
  • Research various topics and summarize findings to support case strategy development.
  • File and organize documents, maintain client information, and prepare materials for collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adhere to US Time Zone working hours (6 pm to 3 am PKT).

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with immigration law and case management software is a plus.
