Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
  • Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions and document findings accurately.
  • Care Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patients' needs and medical conditions.
  • Medical Procedures: Perform and assist with medical procedures such as wound care, IV insertion, and catheterization.
  • Monitoring: Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Education: Educate patients and their families on disease management, post-treatment care, and health maintenance.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories and treatment plans.

Required Skills

Skills:

  • At-least 03+ years of related work experience.
  • Generic BSCN/Post RN BSCN.
  • Valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council.
  • Clinical Skills: Proficiency in performing medical procedures, administering treatments, and using medical equipment.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to assess patient conditions and make informed decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Empathy: Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with the ability to understand and address patients' emotional and physical needs.
