Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Assist with basic office supplies management and ordering.
Coordinate with other departments to support office-wide needs.
Perform additional clerical duties as required by supervisors or management.
Working Conditions:
Regular office hours, Monday through Friday (or as per business needs).
Occasional overtime or flexibility in scheduling may be required.
