Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

  • Assist with basic office supplies management and ordering.

  • Coordinate with other departments to support office-wide needs.

  • Perform additional clerical duties as required by supervisors or management.

Working Conditions:

  • Regular office hours, Monday through Friday (or as per business needs).

  • Occasional overtime or flexibility in scheduling may be required.

Qualification:

Intermediate (12th Grade) or Bachelor’s degree is required.
