Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and support administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

Role and  Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Welcome and greet visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Assist with scheduling, appointment setting, and meeting room management.
  • Perform basic data entry, record keeping, and office administrative tasks.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or via email with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Address visitor needs or direct them to relevant staff or departments.

Office Coordination:

  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Ensure security by following visitor sign-in and badge protocols.
  • Support internal teams with day-to-day operational needs.

 

Required Skills

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a plus).
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
