Job Summary

Receptionist/Assistant 

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they enter the premises.
  • Phone Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and maintain appointment schedules for staff members and clients.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
  • Customer Service: Address visitor and client inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues as needed.
  • Security: Monitor and manage access to the building, ensuring all visitors sign in and out.
  • Coordination: Liaise with various departments to facilitate communication and coordination.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update records of visitor logs and employee attendance.
