Job Summary

Job Description: 

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Lead / Analyst to join our dynamic team in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our packaging and film products, contributing to our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality control and assurance activities for packaging and film products.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Analyze data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Investigate and report on non-conformists, deviations, and customer complaints.
• Maintain quality documentation and records in compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and audit production processes to ensure adherence to quality guidelines.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control protocols.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality management systems.

 

Required Skills

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality control and analysis, specifically in the packaging and film industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Additionally:

• Individuals residing near the Landhi Industrial Area will be preferred.
