The Programme Lead will be responsible for the following:
Role and Responsibilities:
Foster communication and coordination with AKES,P, maintaining a comprehensive record of all assignments related to school tuition fee remission cases.
Coordinate and facilitate household assessments for students applying for or receiving fee remission, ensuring decisions align with the paying capacity of each household.
Maintain and manage records of all assignments, forwarding fee remission recommendations to AKES, Pakistan within agreed timelines.
Liaise with regional and local team members, supervising staff to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Provide regular feedback and status updates to the supervisor and stakeholders on a monthly basis.
Safeguard household assessment forms and data, ensuring regular monthly backups and uploading data in PDF format to the Beneficiary Tracking Software (BTS).
Track attendance and manage payroll for supervised staff, ensuring timely salary disbursements and maintaining records of financial transactions, including payments to surveyors, enumerators, and interns.
Undertake any other assignments as requested by the Head of Ops/Supervisor.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, preferably, and must have proven experience in project management or a related role.
Key skills include strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Additionally, the candidate should exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
