Job Summary
A Plastic Products Manufacturing company require Production Manager (MALE ONLY), who can join immediately.
The candidate having experience in Production of a manufacturing concern preferably in a plastic factory can apply.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Manage the production team and provide training and support as needed.
- Ensure that production meets quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor and control production costs and budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards in the production area.
- Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
