Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer & Social Media Manager to lead our digital growth. This role combines paid advertising with organic social media management to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with experience in paid campaigns and content strategy.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Develop content strategies for organic and paid media.
  • Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies.
  • Engage with the online community and identify influencer collaborations.
  • Stay updated with trends, platform changes, and best practices.
     

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing and social media management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Strong content creation, copywriting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
