Ongoing Accounting Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Team Lead with a BBA in Accounting and a strong understanding of the freelance environment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, etc.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of accountants for accurate financial reporting.
• Manage daily accounting operations (AP/AR, payroll, general ledger).
•  Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• BBA in Accounting.
• Experience as an Accounting Team Lead or similar.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
