The Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan (AKES,P), an institution of the Aga Khan Development Network, provides educational access to 55,000+ students with more than 150 schools, and 6 hostels.
AKES,P - Education Office, Gilgit-Baltistan, invites applications from eligible and interested candidates to fill the following positions:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for dusting and cleaning of assigned office areas, school appliances, furniture and fixtures.
- Ensuring proper hygiene and cleaning prior to the official working of staff members.
- Serving tea, water or any other required food items to staff members and also to visitors if so desired by the supervisor.
- Responsible for washing and cleaning items like dishes, crockery, towels used by staff members and students.
- Taking care and maintaining records of school crockery and other equipment provided to him.
- Circulating official documents, files, registers etc. from one department to another as assigned by staff members.
- Have skills to carry out any repair and maintenance work and taking care of plants in the school premises.
- Responsible for doing official outdoor work may include purchasing school items, handing over official letters, cheques and documents. Can drive a motor bike and have a license.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- The candidate should have a middle pass certificate and can speak and write Urdu.
- Writing skill in English for record keeping will be preferred.
- Candidate who has experience in similar capacity will be preferred.
