Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations by performing a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, assisting employees with various office-related duties, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting.
Role and Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of office spaces, including common areas, workstations, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, reorder items when necessary, and distribute supplies as needed.
- Assisting with Deliveries: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Distribute mail and parcels to the relevant recipients.
- Tea/Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
- Meeting Room Setup: Set up meeting rooms for conferences, presentations, or other events, including arranging seating and providing necessary materials.
- Supporting Administrative Staff: Assist with basic office tasks, such as filing documents, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical duties.
- Waste Management: Ensure proper disposal of waste, including recycling and maintaining cleanliness in the office trash areas.
- Visitor Assistance: Greet and assist visitors, offer them refreshments, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate department or meeting.
- Transport and Errands: Run errands as required, such as bank deposits, purchasing office supplies, or picking up documents.
- General Support: Provide additional support to office staff as needed, including assisting with ad-hoc tasks and duties requested by supervisors.
Required Skills
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training related to office work are a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office environment or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in maintaining cleanliness or performing basic clerical tasks is an advantage.
