Job Summary

We are hiring Job Position : Network and VoIP Engineer

Role and  Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity problems, network security, and performance optimization.
• Implement and manage network configurations, including VLANs and routing protocols.
• Provide technical support for IP telephony systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of VOIP systems.
• Assist in the deployment of new IP telephony solutions, including setup, testing, and user training.
• Configure and manage VOIP solutions, including SIP trunks, codecs, and call routing.
• Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with network connectivity issues, telephony problems, and other IT-related concerns.
• Maintain documentation of network and telephony configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of all IT systems.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in network management and IP telephony.
• Hands on Expertise on Asterisk , ViciBox and VOIP Soft Switches.

Required Skills

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in network administration, IP telephony, and VOIP systems.
• Hands-on experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, and network protocols.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing VOIP systems, including SIP, RTP, and related protocols.
