Mechanical Supervisor – Flour Mill (Rahim Yar Khan) @ Jitala Group of Companies

Job Summary

Roles & Responsiblities:

• Supervise and execute mechanical maintenance activities for flour milling equipment.
• Ensure the proper functioning of machines, including conveyors, rollers, sifters, and other mill components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance machine efficiency.
• Maintain records of maintenance work and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Required Skills

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a flour mill or food processing industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
