Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market trends and data to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
- Create and maintain product value propositions and key messaging documents.
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, sales, and customer support) to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
Content Creation and Campaign Management:
- Create engaging marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and events.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop sales tools and collateral, such as product demos, presentations, and competitive analysis, to support the sales team.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to sell our products.
Performance Measurement and Optimization:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Use data and insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics for maximum impact.
Required Skills
Qualification and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEO tools).
- Experience with content creation, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.

- Experience with conducting market research and competitive analysis.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
