Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to effectively market our products and contribute to our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze market trends and data to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.

Product Positioning and Messaging:

  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Create and maintain product value propositions and key messaging documents.

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, sales, and customer support) to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.

Content Creation and Campaign Management:

  • Create engaging marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and events.

Sales Enablement:

  • Develop sales tools and collateral, such as product demos, presentations, and competitive analysis, to support the sales team.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to sell our products.

Performance Measurement and Optimization:

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Use data and insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics for maximum impact.

 

Required Skills

 

Qualification and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEO tools).
  • Experience with content creation, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Experience with conducting market research and competitive analysis.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, sales, customer support).
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
