Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Executive Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Assist the marketing executive/manager with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.

    • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the marketing team.

  2. Campaign Coordination:

    • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).

    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

  3. Content Preparation:

    • Assist in creating and proofreading marketing content, including emails, social media posts, blog articles, and presentations.

    • Maintain and update marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and case studies.

  4. Data Management:

    • Maintain and organize marketing databases, including customer lists, campaign performance data, and contact information.

    • Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making.

  5. Event Support:

    • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and product launches.

    • Handle logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, and attendee management.

  6. Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

    • Compile and present findings to the marketing team to support strategy development.

  7. Budget Tracking:

    • Assist in tracking marketing expenses and ensuring adherence to the budget.

    • Process invoices and expense reports related to marketing activities.

Required Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (preferred but not required).

    • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Canva) is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
