Job Summary

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, manage social media, create content, and assist with business proposals and lead generation.

 Role and Rponsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and design engaging content for social media, blogs, and websites.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, schedule posts, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Proposal Writing: Assist in drafting and editing business proposals, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), with a strong emphasis on clear and compelling writing.
  • Digital Lead Acquisition: Implement strategies for digital lead acquisition of clients and track conversions.
  • Email Campaigns: Create and distribute email campaigns, design templates, and monitor performance.
  • SEO & SEM Support: Contribute to SEO efforts and search engine marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and report on digital marketing performance.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Help execute digital advertising campaigns, including PPC and retargeting.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, maintaining documentation, and managing calendars.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Writing Skills: Very strong writing skills, especially in proposal writing.
  • Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
  • Design Skills: Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • SEO/SEM Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content management systems.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office.
  • Creativity: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full Time/Part Time (US Time Zone: 6 PM to 3 AM PKT / 6 PM to 10 PM PKT)
