Manager School Development, Gilgit – Hunza Region @ Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan

Manager School Development will have the overall responsibility to lead the school development and repositioning exercise. He/she will be responsible to support the senior management team in programme planning, developing proposals for school upgradation, extension/expansion, and development and implementing of quality assurance and school evaluation plans across the three regions. He/she will liaise with Manager Academics for affiliation and registration of schools with the examination boards. His/her responsibilities will include development and constant revision of standards and benchmarks for the schools, frameworks for school development, and evaluation mechanisms for schools. 

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (preferably in Education) with a minimum of 8 years of proven management experience at a reputable institution.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in education management, operational planning, and tools like MS Word and Excel.
