This role is key to ensuring a smooth, secure, and officiant IT environment, enhancing internal communication, and overseeing network and security, infrastructure, but not limited to, the  following.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support IT related issue resolution across departments
  • Oversee daily operation and maintenance of IT facilities.
  • Manage procurement of IT equipment and consumables
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor
  • Serve as the point of contact  with local IT regulators and external partners
  • Administer and enhance network systems and cyber security protocols

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in information Technology or a related field with solid expertise in system software and equipment management.
  • Preferably 3+ years of banking IT experience and strong understanding of local regulatory  frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linus OS;hands-on experience with Huawei/Cisco network systems along with managing office equipment like  printers, scanners,, etc.
  • Programming skills with the ability to independently develop internal tools.
