Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our HR team. The selected candidate will assist in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
Role and Responsibilities:
HR Administration & Coordination:
- Assist in daily HR operations, maintain employee records, and prepare reports.
- Support attendance tracking, leave records, and internal communications.
Recruitment & Selection:
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain applicant tracking records and assist with onboarding.
Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Help organize events like birthdays, farewells, and employee recognition.
- Assist in training sessions and employee feedback surveys.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure complete documentation for new hires, maintain HR compliance, and handle employee inquiries.
- Support in managing medical claims, insurance, and follow-up on employee documentation.
Additional Administrative Duties:
- Maintain office supplies and organize HR files
- Provide logistical support for HR-related events and assist in special projects.
Required Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HRM.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience (including internships of 3-6 months).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
Age Bracket: 22 to 30 years
