IT Support Enginner @ Prodigy Solutions

Role and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware/ software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to office staff
• Monitor and manage IT assets and inventory
• Understand and manage basic network protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, TCP, and DHCP.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and network configurations.
• Must have hands on experience of MikroTik and Cisco routers
• Handle daily technical support activities on desktop / Laptop support

• We are hiring IT Support Engineer

Offering : 30k to 45k as per experience

Night Shift Timing : 7:45 PM To 5:00 AM

Alternate Saturdays Off

Minimum Experience 2 to 3 Years in IT Field
