Provide technical support to office staff

Understand and manage basic network protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, TCP, and DHCP.
Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and network configurations.
Must have hands on experience of MikroTik and Cisco routers
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop / Laptop support
